What orders earn points?

All shop orders earn points — bikes, components, apparel, accessories, and tools. To redeem your points, login to your account.

How do I check my balance?

Ensure you're logged in to your account. Select the orange button that says "Rewards" in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Can I use a coupon and points in the same order?
