Warranty process
Having a defective part is never fun, and we are here to help. Most manufacturers prefer warranty claims to be submitted directly or through a local dealer. If possible, the fastest option would be to contact your local bike shop and have them assist you. If you choose to have us assist you, processing times will be slower because we will have to have the product back into our store before we can start the claim. Please note, we do not cover shipping costs for a warranty claim. We will not ship out a replacement part(s) while the warranty is in process.
