Returns

Our return policy as of March 2025. The policy is subject to change at any point without notice. Orders are subject to the current policy, not when the order was placed. 

We understand not everything works out perfectly! We offer a 45-day return policy! To be eligible for a refund on your return the item must meet the following qualifications. 

• Within 45 days of purchase date
• Same quality and condition as received
• In original packaging
• Unworn, unused, never installed on a bike, and smoke-free

Items must be shipped in a package similar to the one the item was received in. Items shipped without a package will not be refunded. We do not accept returns of any kind on sale items. Returns that arrive damaged, used, or if an item was installed on a bike (even if it wasn't ridden) will either be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% or in some cases sent back to you with no refund. We reserve the right to issue restocking fees to any order. We do not refund or credit initial shipping costs. Please fill out the form below to get your return started, note once you have filled the form out please place it in the return package. Once your return has been received at our Springfield location please allow 5 business days for eligible returns to be refunded.

Buyers assume responsibility for the shipping costs of the returned item.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If an incorrect item was shipped to you please email us at support@howlerbikepark.com and we can assist you further from there!
