"Was led into buying a really nice crank what is the pacific bike was delivered went to install was not for the pray for the bike that I ordered. I’ve reached out twice to the company. They’ve gotten back to me once it’s been over three weeks. I’m assuming I’m left with these $382.50 candle holders they advertise for a specialized expert, levo SL so I ordered They send me the wrong crank I guess it’s my fault such a waste of time I even offered to take store Credit? Does it come with a warranty?

Yes! All new items purchased from Howler Bike Park include a full product warranty.

How fast is shipping?

Very Fast! We know you want to get back on those trails as fast as possible. Most orders placed before 11AM EST Mon - Fri ship same day. Weekend orders will ship out on Monday.

What's the returns policy?

We understand not everything works out perfectly! We offer a 45-day return policy! To be eligible for a refund on your return the item must meet the following qualifications. 

  • Within 45 days of purchase date
  • Same quality and condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Unworn, unused, never installed on a bike, and smoke-free

  • When I checked in, they welcomed me by name and everytime I bumped into the shop manager, she always asked if I was doing okay BY Name.
    When my brother banged up his arm, they were generous in bandaging it for him.
    And they lent me some tools to fix a flat.
    The shuttle ride became my favorite part as we chatted and got to know the other riders that day.
    I went in skeptical, but the amenities and service won me over. Howler is something special and needs to be experienced!

  • If I could rate 6 stars, I would. Beautiful place. Grounds and trails are awesome. The service is second to none. One of the most hospitable places I’ve ever visited. Great experience for our family of five. 11, 15, 19, my wife and myself at age 52. Such a great time and the people made all the difference! Cannot wait to visit again.
